Is Meditation Really Free?

Yes, there are no costs involved in participating in the remote meditations

How do I find out the dates for the meditations?

The dates I send either by e-mail out, if you're registered have or if it is very short-term announcement of meditations about my Facebook group .

The appointments are sometimes very short-term if I have the feeling, or should we say better, when it is in the "field" that a meditation is required "now" - then sometimes I do not have enough time to send out a newsletter beforehand . However, I am sure that there will always be people who will be there at exactly the right time.

How can I prepare for meditation?

It's relatively straightforward. I will be happy to send you more detailed information by email. Simply enter yourself in the corresponding field on this page.

Can I invite friends to join?

You are welcome to tell your friends or family members about it or simply forward the link to this page so that they can also register or you can join the group www.facebook.com/spiritinfiziert.
